AI Pricing

AI Pricing is BluEarn PMS's intelligent pricing engine that automatically recommends optimal room rates based on demand patterns, occupancy trends, booking behavior, and other market factors. Instead of manually adjusting prices every day, the AI continuously analyzes data and suggests the most suitable rates for each room type.

AI Pricing Activation​

AI Pricing is not available immediately after creating a new PMS account.

  • AI Pricing is activated 10 days after your PMS account is created.
  • Why 10 Days? During this period, the AI analyzes your property's booking activity and pricing patterns to generate accurate recommendations.
  • Until the AI is activated, the AI Pricing module and AI-generated prices will not be visible in the PMS.

AI Pricing Recommendations​

Once AI Pricing is enabled, BluEarn PMS generates 30 days of recommended prices for every room type. These recommendations are updated based on the AI's analysis and help you maximize revenue while maintaining competitive pricing.

For each room type, you can:

  • View AI-recommended prices for the next 30 days.
  • Compare AI prices with your current selling prices.
  • Review recommendations before applying them.
  • Last Sync: Displays the date and time when AI pricing recommendations were last updated.

Note: Current price is base price of a room type. It will change when base price is change.

Auto Apply AI Pricing​

The Auto Apply AI Pricing toggle allows the system to automatically use AI-generated prices without requiring manual approval.

When Auto Apply is enabled:

  • AI-recommended prices are automatically updated in the Rates & Availability module.
  • Future pricing remains synchronized with the latest AI recommendations.
  • Manual intervention is not required for daily price updates.

  • AI continues to generate pricing recommendations.
  • Prices are not automatically applied.
  • You can review the suggestions and decide whether to apply them manually.

Apply AI Pricing for Individual Room Types​

If you don't want to enable Auto Apply for the entire property, BluEarn PMS also lets you apply AI pricing to a specific room type.

This allows you to:

  • Apply AI pricing only to selected room types.
  • Keep other room types under manual pricing control.
  • Test AI recommendations before enabling automatic updates property-wide.
